Dear friends,

the Comitato Sportivo Trofeo Marco Rizzotti was established to organize the event by Compagnia della Vela YC and Diporto Velico Veneziano YC and we are pleased to announce that the

XXXII Trofeo Marco Rizzotti

will again take place in Venice, Italy.

The challenge “Trofeo Marco Rizzotti” is an International Optimist Team Racing regatta for National, Regional and Club Teams.

World class teams will participate, by invitation only, to the event that will take place from:

June 7th to June 10th 2018,

at Camping Village Marina di Venezia – Punta Sabbioni, VENICE, Italy.

The Organizing Authority will offer 4 nights of free accommodation (from Thursday June 7th to Monday June 11th) in comfortable bungalows, located at Camping Village Marina di Venezia, to all teams. Each bungalow will accommodate 5 young sailors and one coach. The Village is amazing, kids, and not only them, will love it. We will take care of the transfers of the teams, in arrival and departure, to/from the venue of the event, from/to the airport or the railway station. There will be a welcome buffet dinner on Thursday June 7th and after the awards ceremony on Sunday 10th.

Sixteen international Umpires and eight Judges will lead the regatta, thus ensuring the highest level of arbitrage. The Notice of the Race will be soon issued and posted.
